Right of withdrawal

We include a corresponding sample vial with each of our fragrances, allowing you to confirm the excellent quality of our products. If they do not meet your expectations, you can return the originally packaged product to us free of charge. In this case, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving reasons, by means of a written statement (by email or post). Please send us a withdrawal declaration by email or post to the address provided below. The declaration of withdrawal is not bound to any specific form – you can use the following sample template:

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund the payment you made within 14 days. A withdrawal becomes effective when you send us a valid withdrawal declaration and the unopened goods by post within the 14-day withdrawal period. Once the originally packaged goods arrive with us, we will refund you the full purchase price. For this, we exclusively use the bank details provided during the ordering process.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or already used perfumes for return, and the right of withdrawal expires if the goods have been unsealed after delivery (§18 Abs. 5 FAGG).
